All its common areas and all the rooms, are lighted by energy-conservation light bulbs, and the high-efficiency methane boiler is provided with a heat exchanger which prevents hot water store.

The kitchen is completely methane-fuelled, including fryers and grills, while the air-condition systems are energy saving.

All the Hotel windows are double-glazed in compliance with the most recent Italian thermal insulation regulations.

A selector in all the bathrooms regulates flushing.

Guests are informed on how to avoid needless towel changes; the laundry is sun dried.

Waste separation of glass, paper, plastic, and exhausted oils confirms the ecological policy of the Hotel.
